The importance of teamwork and coming together is a life skill that young people will need throughout their lives. In week five of our Mattel Monster High Be Your Authentic Self programme, students will take part in exercises that highlight what really happens when we listen to those around us.

Itโs our five year renewal milestone and we couldnโt be prouder of our wonderful Razz Family.
Here are our top five moments!
1. Taking the stage at London's Shaftesbury Theatre in the heart of the West End was a dream turned reality. The applause, the lights, and the vibrant energy were surreal.
2. Raising funds for the Future Fund and local charities has been a fulfilling way to give back to our community, showing that Razzamataz cares beyond the stage.
3. Welcoming back ex-student and alumni, Peter Reid, to conduct West End-inspired workshops for our Minis, Juniors, Inters, and Seniors was a heartwarming reunion and a reminder of the lasting impact of our work.
4. Exploring exciting partnerships with Head Office has added new dimensions to our journey, enriching our offerings and expanding our horizons.
5. Witnessing the growth and expansion of West Cumbria, culminating in our move to a new venue, marked a transformative period that showcases the bright future of Razzamataz in our region.

So, we are very proud of all our students who will be committing as a group to learn about themselves and others over the next seven weeks during our Mattel Monster High Be Your Authentic Self programme. Ellesia graduated from the University of Cumbria with a 1st class degree in Performing Arts. Next up is our Minis 3 & Juniors 1 classroom assistant, Aidanโฆ
Aidan has been involved in performing arts and theatre since he was 7. He has been part of an amateur dramatics society for 6 years and performs in productions at least 3 times a year. When it comes to theatre productions Aidan has done it all, heโs been backstage, on stage and has even dabbled in the makeup team. As a result of working at Razzamataz, Aidan has been inspired to pursue a career in teaching and is currently about to start his Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.
We asked Aidan what his favourite musical was and a fun fact, hereโs what he had to say:
Favourite Musical: Itโs a tough one but for me Bugsy Malone is my favourite, although Grease does have a special place in my favourites list. ๐ถ๐ค๐ต
