The 12-week programme involves 60 hours of guided learning support via group sessions, which includes around 48 hours of technical skills learning and 12 hours focused on employability. A further 3 hours of 1:1 coaching will get participants ready for employment, with a guaranteed interview on completion. Technical workshop sessions are held on Tuesday and Friday evenings from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm, while employability workshops take place on Wednesday evenings from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Tailored 1:1 coaching for candidates based on an individualised learning plan. Sessions will be delivered via Zoom and online recordings will be accessible to candidates following each session.
