Meadowcroft is seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team, working one-to-one with people with learning disabilities and special educational needs (SEN). If you have a bubbly personality and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!
Position: 1:1 Support Worker during school holidays
Location: Meadowcroft
Hours: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM (with the possibility of extended hours on certain days and for training)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person centered support to individuals on a one-to-one basis
- Engage in various activities, including support, gardening, animal care and cleaning.
- Assist with driving as needed to facilitate lifts.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment for growth and development
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, enthusiastic, and bubbly personality
- Experience in care or working with individuals with learning disabilities/SEN is beneficial but not essential
- A willingness to learn and adapt to meet the needs of those you support
