Dear parents and Carers,


It is with deep regret that we are writing to inform you of our intention to cease operating our Breakfast Club from the end of this half term (23rd October 2026).

This is a decision we have thought long and hard about but unfortunately, we have been left with very few users since Beech Hyde started their free breakfast club offer, and it is no longer financially viable for us to operate. We have tried to continue for as long as we possibly could, but it is now costing us much more to operate than we are generating and as a not-for-profit organisation we don’t have the funds to buffer us any longer.

We offer our sincere apologies and enormous thanks to those parents who have continued to use the service we have been offering.

Please be assured that our Afterschool club and Holiday clubs will continue to operate as usual, and we hope maybe one day there will be a need for our breakfast club services again.
