With the current news circulating in regards to the safety of eating eggs, we would like to take the opportunity to share the measures that we have in place to ensure that our customers are safe and protected.
We only ever use British Lion stamped eggs in all our recipes and never use imported eggs - this stamp covers the entire production chain and ensures strict food safety controls including the guarantee that all hens are vaccinated against Salmonella and a ‘passport’ system ensuring that all hens, eggs and feed are fully traceable.
We fully comply with all food safety regulations and our proud to display our 5 star hygiene rating at HQ.

Well that certainly makes a change, always was going to happen the day after the hosepipe ban came into effect!
Here’s a snapshot of our in house chicken tikka for one of our sandwich fillings - prepared, marinated for 24 hours before roasting and grilling then bound with coriander and fresh mint - no shortcuts or pre-made fillings here!
Our next scheduled Afternoon Tea delivery service is over the Bank Holiday weekend on Saturday 29th August and Sunday 30th August.
