Last Friday our wonderful children took part in a sponsored bounce to raise funds to support the schools new reading scheme, our JustGiving page remains open so if you still wish to donate… click this link 😊

A reminder that our fabulous Danceathon is taking place this coming Friday, 7th May.
Children of Oatlands will be taking part in the school's very first sponsored dance. The wonderful HelzBelz Dance will be entertaining the kids over on the school field in their year bubbles. They will join together for 60 minutes to shake, clap, wiggle, jump and jive.

Please do sponsor if you can to show the children of Oatlands what a fantastic thing they are all doing, and to help the PTA and Oatlands School to continue their fundraising in these difficult times.

On Friday 7th May the children of Oatlands School will be taking part in a sponsored dance hosted by HelzBelz Dance.

*OATLANDS PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION*

If you still wish to take part the cost is £3 per photo entered (children can enter as many photos as they wish, entry fees permitting) and you can pay for this via the website www.PTA-events.co.uk/Oatlands

The wonderful Sarah Hogan has put together this video https://www.oatlands.surrey.sch.uk/parents-information/oatlands-school-pta/ and on the school website there is a ‘top tips’ PDF that will help any of you budding photographers.

The deadline to enter is *Sunday 18th April* after this date we will not be able to accept any more entries. All entries need to be emailed with the *child’s name*, *child’s class* and which category the photo is for (things/places/people) to [email protected]

The judging will be taking place between 19th-25th April and the winners being announced on Friday 30th April. We have an exciting judging line up consisting of Mrs Mooney, Miss Hoad, Photographer Sarah Hogan and Grant Letts from Curchods in Weybridge.

Remember there are some fantastic prizes up for grabs, including having your artwork displayed in cafes in Weybridge High Street, as well as vouchers for local shops and cafes.

We can't wait to see all your exciting entries!
