Happy St George’s Day! 🌹🇬🇧

Today at nursery, the children had a wonderful time celebrating and learning all about St George’s Day. They loved getting creative by making their very own flags, exploring England-themed playdough, and decorating delicious England flag biscuits.

We also spent time talking about what St George’s Day represents, focusing on the ideas of courage and bravery. It was lovely to see the children engaging with these concepts through play, creativity, and discussion.

We’ve had a very special delivery at the nursery recently… 🥚✨

Our eggs arrived and the children have absolutely loved checking on them each day, eagerly waiting for something magical to happen. We’re so excited to share that they have now hatched into four beautiful ducklings! 🐥💛

The experience has been such a wonderful learning opportunity, with the children exploring the life cycle of a duck and seeing it unfold right before their eyes. Their curiosity, excitement, and care for our new little arrivals has been truly heartwarming.
We can’t wait to continue watching them grow together! 🦆🌱
