Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions
1. The referral offer is available to new customers only.
2. The referred customer will receive £5 off their first class booking when using a valid referral code.
3. The existing customer (the referrer) will receive £5 credit towards a future class once the referred customer has attended their first class.
4. Referral rewards will only be issued after the referred customer has completed and attended their first class. Cancelled or no-show bookings do not qualify.
5. Referral codes cannot be used by existing customers, redeemed against previous bookings, or used for self-referrals.
6. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a referral reward where we believe the scheme is being misused, including but not limited to duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or fraudulent bookings.
7. Only one discount or credit may be used per booking. A maximum of £5 can be deducted from any single booking, and referral credits cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes.
8. Referral credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no monetary value outside of use towards eligible classes.
9. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
