Today our toddlers had a wonderful time in our role-play doctor's surgery! They took turns being doctors, nurses and patients, using toy stethoscopes, syringes and plasters to look after their friends. The children carefully gave pretend injections, covered "poorly" spots with plasters and checked everyone was feeling better. This imaginative play encouraged their communication, confidence and empathy, while helping them learn about caring for others in a fun and engaging way.
