A little bit about Baby Mindful Classes........ Baby Mindful classes are for parents and babies aged 0-6 months. Baby Mindful is a new approach to parent and Baby classes that allows parents the time and space to come and relax and have that special time to be with their babies in a warm and calm environment. Parents will also be spending quality time with their baby in a calming and supportive atmosphere where they will benefit from carefully designed exercises to help them relax, unwind, and feel more confident and grounded. Baby Mindful classes have been specifically created with a range of activities to gently stimulate and calm your baby while supporting their natural development. All too often as parents we are so busy doing things for our families and for others that allowing ourselves the time to relax and bond seems like a luxury.
