I am so excited to see my yogis, old and new on the mats on Friday! 🤩

This Autumn Term is set and ready to go!

We are starting with our Favourites, introducing you, or reintroducing you to some Kalma classics. Each week we visit a different theme or focus, to keep it engaging for you and your yogi. We will tackle common issues like Digestive Troubles and give you tools to help your little ones sleep better, for longer.

And as always, this term has to end with our SPOOKTACULAR Halloween Special! Fancy dress is always encouraged (tiny ghosts and witches are beyond adorable and I will not hear otherwise!)

Kids are back at school!

Today's to do list included:

Take the 🐈 to the vet for a mystery limp that disappeared at the vets 🙃
Tidy the house... because it will actually stay tidy for at least 2 hours 🥳
Drink a coffee ☕️ WHILST ITS STILL HOT 🔥
🤐 not talk to anyone for 5 hours or hear "MUM"
Catch up on work 💻 and planning for this term! 💜

Cannot wait to see all my lovely babies and toddlers on Friday!
