Golden Valley House Day Nursery is well established in providing high quality childcare and education. Our aim at the Nursery is to create a relaxed, loving and stimulating atmosphere in which the children can learn and develop to their full potential. The childrens areas consist of two playrooms, a quiet room, an art room, a sleep room, a dining room and a secure garden. Activities are provided to highlight specific learning, for individual children in all play areas. We provide high quality support and care thus developing children's personal, intellectual and creative talents, giving them a broad understanding across a wide curriculum using a balanced daily routine. When children leave here they are well-rounded with independent learning and life skills enriched by a variety of experiences in the Nursery. Our team is friendly, highly qualified and dedicated and our staff are fun and inspirational. Safe off - road parking is provided at the front of the building and the area by the front door is gated for the safe arrival and departure of little ones. There are two entrances. The main entrance at the front of the building is for the children aged between 2-5 years and the other entrance to the side of the building is for our Babies aged 0-2 years. Children can attend full or part-time

The children have been making their own perfume, using water and either lavender or honeysuckle. The children bottled and named their scents. Some of the names were: Mermaid, Bingo, Sunflower, Unicorn, Tiger, Magic-Elsa-Mermaid, and Stinky! Lots of children also decided to name their perfumes after their mummies.
