I had the absolute pleasure of training with the amazing Tracy Pallari — what a powerhouse of knowledge, creativity and elegance. ✨

Tracy’s 3-day intensive bridal workshop was everything I hoped for and more. From technical skill to styling confidence and business gems, I came away buzzing with inspiration and bursting with ideas for my bridal clients.

I’ve just finished judging the bridal hair category for the prestigious The Wedding Industry Awards 2023. This is the 4th year for me and every time it brings back the most amazing memories of the night I won the national award… without doubt the best night of my career! I’m so honoured to be on the judging panel again and wish all the entrants the very best of luck - it’s been a tough one to judge with so much talent this year! See you at the awards nights! 🥂 many thanks to the brilliant Helen Cawte Photography for this photograph… always prefer to be on the other side of the camera, but I like this one 😂

I’ve worked in this industry for 30 years with over 1,000 brides and there’s not much I haven’t encountered on a wedding morning! I’m passionate about doing what I can to keep standards high in this overly-saturated market. It’s no longer enough to just ‘throw some hair up’ (someone else’s words, not mine!) brides today expect more and why shouldn’t they?

It’s the most important day for them and the responsibility for us to provide a professional service and keep calm on the day is huge. I’m at a stage in my career where I want to share what I’ve learnt on my journey and I genuinely get so much pleasure from sharing my skills and helping other stylists improve theirs.

I’m a fully qualified lecturer and assessor and my teaching style is relaxed, informal and fun but always structured and well planned.

As well as group and in-salon training days, I also provide personalised and tailored 1-2-1 training sessions to make sure you get exactly what you need to improve and expand your bridal business, ongoing support and mentoring plus in-salon training days.
