Cost of Living Support Event on Saturday 26th September, from 12pm to 4pm at the Sovereign Centre, Weston-super-Mare.

Come along to the Fridge of Free Stuff and access:

A range of services will be attending, including Foodbank, Citizens Advice, Wessex Water, Alliance Homes Energy Team, First Steps and more.

🌍💚 We're Proud to be an Eco-School! 💚🌍

This term, we are focusing on simple actions that can make a big difference to our environment. As part of the Eco-Schools programme, our children will be learning how everyday choices can help protect our planet and create a greener future for everyone😁

🌱 Our Term 1 Eco Focus:
👕 School Uniform Swap – Give pre-loved uniform a second life and help reduce waste.
🔋 Battery Recycling – Recycle used batteries safely and keep harmful waste out of landfill.
🚶 Walk to School – Walk, cycle or scoot whenever possible for a healthier and more environmentally friendly journey.
💡 Turn Off the Lights – Save energy by switching off lights and electrical items when they're not needed.

We look forward to working alongside our families to encourage these positive habits both at school and at home. Together, we can make a real difference, one small action at a time! 🌎✨

🏫 Ofsted has recognised significant improvements at in Weston-super-Mare.

Inspectors highlighted progress under the school’s new leadership team, with positive findings for safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, early years and personal development.

The report also found that 98% of parents said their children were happy at the school.

Ofsted says there is still work to do around teaching, achievement and inclusion, with school leaders already taking action.
