The more we do what we do, the more this resonates with our team.

And the more we see it in practice, the more powerful it becomes.

Today, a school thanked us for the progress we’re making with their young people.

And honestly, we couldn’t be prouder of our learning mentors.

The progress isn’t down to some magic programme or clever strategy.

It’s down to the trusting relationships they have worked so hard to build with these young people.

Showing up. Listening. Getting to know them.

Sticking with them. Believing in them.

And once that relationship is there, everything else becomes possible.

Powerful stuff!

When you genuinely care about a young person, they know it 💙

A huge well done to one of our fantastic learners on achieving their Level 2 Functional Skills Maths qualification.

This is a significant milestone for them and reflects their hard work, determination and resilience.

Achieving this qualification means they are able to start their course at college in September. We can’t wait to hear how you get on.

🚀Due to our continued expansion, we are recruiting for a Job Coach/Lead Learning Mentor (Pathway+).

Our Pathway+ Programme is our enhanced progression programme for young people who are NEET, or at risk of becoming NEET, and require additional support to develop the confidence, skills and experience needed to take their next steps.

Through personalised coaching, vocational profiling, employer engagement and workplace support, you will help learners identify realistic goals and progress towards sustained education, employment or training. You will empower learners to develop the confidence, independence, resilience and employability skills needed to achieve positive long-term outcomes.
