🎉 Congratulations! 🎉

A huge well done to one of our fantastic learners on achieving their Level 2 Functional Skills Maths qualification.

This is a significant milestone for them and reflects their hard work, determination and resilience.

Achieving this qualification means they are able to start their course at college in September. We can’t wait to hear how you get on.

🚀Due to our continued expansion, we are recruiting for a Job Coach/Lead Learning Mentor (Pathway+).

Our Pathway+ Programme is our enhanced progression programme for young people who are NEET, or at risk of becoming NEET, and require additional support to develop the confidence, skills and experience needed to take their next steps.

Through personalised coaching, vocational profiling, employer engagement and workplace support, you will help learners identify realistic goals and progress towards sustained education, employment or training. You will empower learners to develop the confidence, independence, resilience and employability skills needed to achieve positive long-term outcomes.

What a fantastic achievement! 💍✨

Luke, one of our incredibly talented mentors, and his learner completed their very first handcrafted ring today—and just look at the result! A beautiful copper ring featuring a stunning turquoise gemstone.

This was the very first project they worked on together, and it became so much more than making a piece of jewellery. It gave them the opportunity to get to know each other, build trust, and form a really positive relationship.

The lucky recipient is absolutely delighted with the finished ring, and we couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve created together 🩵💚💛
