Well this is exciting- Iām booked to do a talk at Front Room in November!
Come along if youāve always known you were different, but you learned to wear a mask until burnout, peri-menopause, caregiving and leaving a job that no longer fit finally forced you to stop and ask⦠Why?
For many women, thatās when they start to recognise or receive a late ADHD diagnosis.
In this immersive, somatic talk, Jenny explores why so many of the āshouldsā and strategies youāve tried stop working. Especially if youāre someone whoās spent years holding everyone else together, whether thatās family, friends, or a business built on giving to others.
Jenny unpacks what becomes possible when your nervous system is finally allowed to receive support instead of just providing it to others.
Speaking from experience most coaches donāt have: Jennyās unrecognised ADHD burned her out so badly she ended up in a wheelchair with ME/CFS for a lot of her 20s.
Recovering her health and later recognising, and eventually being diagnosed with, ADHD, became the foundation for the work she now does as ADHD Womenās Coach of the Year 2024ā25 ā helping women building heart-led businesses of their own create more impact, and income, without burning out.
Come expecting to feel understood ā audiences regularly call it the most validating talk theyāve been to.
