What You’ll Be Doing

📚Learning vital frameworks and developmental theories to support your practical development.📚
📖20% of off the job training to provide you with coursework time and opportunities📖
🧑🧑🧒🧒Build bonds with children and create meaningful relationships with families.🧑🧑🧒🧒
🧑🤝🧑Work alongside a fully qualified team with qualifications ranging from Level 3 to Level 6.🧑🤝🧑
⚽️Set up and support planning for activities both adult led and child led within the environment.⚽️
🧷Learn to support children with basic care need tasks with supervision and support.🧷

🧐Requirements🧐
GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths preferred
Willingness to complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification
