No-Gi grappling fun this week as the temperature was pretty high. Lots of kids out due to school camps, end of term stuff or illness. Great effort by all those who attended 🤙🏻

I do love doing my 1 2 1 sessions, especially with a very good friend
It's brilliant being able to coach someone a martial art you love.
