✨ This afternoon, our children spent time in their new classrooms with their new teachers. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces as everyone enjoyed the afternoon and got a taste of the exciting year ahead. 😊

🌟 What an unforgettable adventure for our Elder Class! 🌟
Last Thursday, our pupils enjoyed an incredible trip to London to experience the spectacular Cleopatra Experience at ExCeL London, bringing their learning about the Ancient Egyptians to life.
Using the power of the Metaverse and Virtual Reality, they travelled back more than 2,000 years to the time of Cleopatra, exploring ancient Egypt in a truly immersive and unforgettable way.
The adventure continued with a journey on the IFS Cloud Cable Car, soaring above the River Thames and taking in breathtaking views of London's iconic skyline.
A fantastic day full of discovery, excitement, and memories to treasure. We are so proud of our Elder Class for their enthusiasm, curiosity, and exemplary behaviour throughout the trip! 🏛️🚠✨

🌞 Cherry Class had an amazing day at Drusillas on 1st July! 🦒🐾
We packed so much into our visit and had a fantastic time exploring everything the park had to offer.
We loved seeing all the animals, especially the capybaras, and we couldn't stop laughing at the cheeky red-bottomed monkeys! 🐵 We also took part in the Zoo Olympics and quickly discovered that we're not quite as fast as a cheetah! 🐆💨
The farm was great fun, and we enjoyed stepping back in time as we explored the old-fashioned kitchen. We had an amazing time in the adventure park too, keeping Mrs Turner on her toes as we climbed to the very top of the jungle gym! We even managed to fit in a ride before our special animal workshop, where we met a very cute armadillo. Sadly, we weren't allowed to bring her back to school as our class pet! 🦔❤️
After such a busy day, some of us were very sleepy on the journey home, but with perfect weather and lots of smiles, it was a truly memorable trip that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers for giving up their time to join us and help make the day run so smoothly. We would also like to say a special thank you to our amazing staff, whose hard work, enthusiasm and care made this fantastic experience possible for Cherry Class. 💙

On a very hot day, you all raced your socks off and came home with the silverware! We couldn't be prouder of every single one of you. Your determination, teamwork and resilience really shone through — well done, Team Churchill! 💙
