Can anyone help our Pals at Free to Be ?

Got a spare computer monitor? 🖥️💚

We’re looking for a few working monitors for the Free to Be Kids office.

If you or your workplace have recently upgraded your equipment and have any monitors you no longer need, we’d love to give them a new home.

Drop us a message or email [email protected] if you might be able to help.

October 6th is National Badger Day! National Today organises National Badger Day to raise awareness of the great work that badgers do in our ecosystems, as well as the threats they currently face.

Here at Cudham, we love our furry friends. To join us in celebrating, share your best badger-related memory, or post your own badger photos. And, the next time you're at Cudham, see if you can sneak a peak at a badger when they're sniffing around site after dark!

DIn 1977, a letter from Jess Cawley to the Woodcraft Folk’s National Council established District Fellowships for all those over the age of 16 🙌. Fifty years later we have the opportunity to reflect on the importance of this semi-autonomous age group within the Woodcraft Folk 🎉.

In celebration of the milestone, we have have launched the DF archiving project ’50 years of the DFs’ ✨. The project plans to celebrate DFs achievements over the past five decades in order to support them to continue organising as autonomous youth in the next fifty years to come.

The main mission of the project is to organise and collect a DF archive 📋. While Woodcraft Folk’s archived history is currently being preserved within the special collections held at UCL following the ‘100 years Spanning 100 Objects’ archiving project - many items related to the DFs are missing.

📣If you were a DF, knew of them, or are currently a member please get in touch by filling in this form > https://forms.gle/jdPGwT46ne6WGfwk7. We'd love to hear from you if you have any memorabilia to share or if you would like to get involved with the archiving project.

📨You can also contact the 50 Years of DFs Project Officer Delilah Wallbank at [email protected].
