Autumn 🍂 crafts are underway.....

We have been using some crafting kits to create some small decrative pieces that we will be displaying once we change to our autumn decorations. These kits were nice and easy to do, with easy to peel backing allowing the residents to do all of the crafting with minimal help. 🍄

It was interesting to see what flowers worked well and what ones didnt.
We learnt that Lobelia and marigolds worked really well and that dahlias didnt work very well.

We have enjoyed a lovely treat today when Mr Whippy arrived with ice creams for all of our residents.

We all consider ourselves extremely lucky that Gwen and her family chose watersmead for Gwen to come and live at.
