MEET THE ted TEAM… Simon Ludders

Simon or Ludders as we all call him, is one of our ted Learning actors and supports the delivery of several of our theatre-based learning sessions.A genuine pleasure to be around, Ludders brings so much energy, humour and depth to all the characters he plays for us.

Simon has appeared in numerous TV shows & Movies including Calendar Girls, The Bill, Rock & Chips, New Tricks, Broadchurch, Young Dracula, Stella & appeared in Dad’s Army: The Lost Episodes. He also wrote a number of episodes of Stella and regularly helps with scripts for ted Learning.

Simon or 'Ludders' as we all call him, is one of our ted Learning actors & script writes and supports the delivery of our theatre based courses.

ted Learning COURSE OF THE DAY… The Anxious Conversation

This course delivered via our virtual theatre of learning in four bite-sized sessions will give managers support on how to manage staff anxieties about the return to work in the new normal.

This actor based course is designed to support managers in how they support staff feeling anxious about coming back to work post covid-19.

MEET THE ted TEAM… Sarah H Gordon

Sarah (or H as she is known to all of us) has been part of the ted Learning team for 2 years. She has helped design and deliver a number of management training courses for us and also helped deliver at conferences for our clients.

H has over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry and over 3 years training experience. She has seen first hand the skills that make exceptional recruiters and utilises this to deliver engaging learning to our clients.

She also adores reading and amateur dramatics (we all suspect she really wants to do the acting on our courses too!) and can be regularly found on stage in various plays and musicals in and around Croydon!

ted Learning COURSE OF THE DAY… managing staff back from furlough, but still at home.

This course delivered via our virtual theatre of learning is designed for managers to support them in re-engaging staff who are coming back from furlough, but will still be based from home in the new 'norm'.

This course is to support managers who have members of their team, previously furloughed,being brought back to work on a remote basis.

MEET THE ted TEAM… Samuel Lane

Samuel is a recent addition to our actor team and has delivered in-house training for over 1000 delegates prior to joining the ted Learning team, so brings huge experience with him!

Samuel was born and raised in South Wales, before moving to London. He graduated from the Guildford School of Acting with a 1st Class BA (Hons) in Acting. Having worked extensively in British Theatre, he has now become extremely experienced in working in corporate theatre.

Sam is a recent addition to our actor team and has delivered in-house training for over 1000 delegates prior to joining the ted Learning team, so brings huge experience with him!
