Liv has been an instructor at ((BOUNCE)) Leybourne Chase for 2 years now and is absolutely loved by our attendees🩷

Liv is famous for having the hardest classes at Leybourne Chase by far. There are a few telltale signs you’re at a Liv class:
😮‍💨 It feels like bootcamp
🏋️‍♂️There WILL be squats
🤭 Her extremely dry sense of humour will push you through

☀️The summer holidays are officially here for many of you as of today! But that doesn’t mean your routine has to disappear☀️

School holidays can make it harder to put yourself first. You want to squeeze in a workout, but childcare isn’t always easy. Well not at ((BOUNCE)) Leybourne Chase 💗

Kids are always welcome at our weekend classes, but during school holidays, ALL classes are child friendly 🎉

What does this mean?�👶 Little ones are welcome (you’ll probably spot some of ours too!)�✨ Children under 8 don’t need their own ticket. If there’s a spare trampoline, they’re welcome to use it! (We just can’t guarantee spare equipment without a booking)�🧸 Toys are available to keep little hands busy�🍼 Babies, buggies & breastfeeding are always welcome�😅 Tantrums happen… don’t stress, we carry on 💗

Classes are still your usual sweaty, feel good workouts, just with a little extra life in the room ✨

This is a space for everyone, whether you have little ones or not 🤍
