Unsure about your next steps after Year 11 or Year 13?

Pathway CTM are currently working alongside Tesco to promote their Stronger Starts Retail Apprenticeship - a paid 12-month programme for young people aged 16+ across England.

Participants can earn up to £23,000 pro rata while gaining practical retail experience and studying towards a Level 2 Retail qualification, equivalent to 5 GCSEs.

For students who are still deciding between sixth form, college, or employment, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience, grow in confidence, and build skills for the future.
