Maybe you’ve never played a drum before.
Maybe you think you have zero rhythm.
Maybe a drum circle feels a little outside your comfort zone…

That’s exactly why we made this. 💜

The Rhythm of You is a 5-part drum series where we’ll start simple and build together — learning a new rhythm each week until, by the end, we’re all playing one shared rhythm as a group.

No experience needed.
No musical ability required.
Drums provided.

Just come as you are, have a go and see what happens when a room full of people find their rhythm together. 🥁✨

I love coaching clients.
I love being coached.
I love talking about coaching.
And I absolutely LOVE training coaches.

And this week, I’ve had the privilege of doing all of it.

I’ve coached people around their wellness, coached business owners and entrepreneurs who are ready to grow, been coached by my own coach, had countless conversations about the power of coaching and even had the pleasure of shouting from the rooftops about one of my incredible coaches on LinkedIn.

Because coaching done well creates something pretty special.

Sometimes all you need is someone (who is fully trained) to hold the space, ask the question you haven’t thought to ask, and help you see what you simply couldn’t see for yourself.

That’s where the aha moments happen.
The light bulbs go on. 💡
And things start to shift.

So yes I’m ALL IN on coaching.

Coaching. Being coached. Talking about coaching. And training coaches to become bloody brilliant coaches. 😂❤️

Our next Wellness Coach Certification starts 31st August and if you’ve been thinking about becoming a coach, adding coaching to what you already do, or creating a new path for yourself, come and have a chat with us.
