Yoga humans🖤 Teaching yoga full time is one of the most rewarding things (I believe) you can do - but it doesn't come without it's complications. And if anything, the practice of yoga actually leads us to feel those things much deeper, rather than negate the feelings completely. I see you, and I'm with you✨️🙏🏻

Cats are legit the key to mindfulness - have you ever befriended a stray cat? Or really focused on your own cat? That feeling you get, knowing they trust you, knowing you care about them and that they feel safe with you. The curiosity about what they're gonna do next, what they're thinking, or just watching them be. It's a beautiful experience. We've completely abandoned the fancy hotel we paid for, choosing slow days alone with our Spanish cats over the infinity view sunbeds, pool service, and 'music', and its the best choice we could have made🫶🏻🐈🐈‍⬛️
