We have a full day of classes for ages 5–16, including:

Whether you’re already part of HLR or completely new to us, this is the perfect chance to try different styles, meet our teachers and see what HLR Dance Academy is all about and find the perfect classes for September! 🌟

Today is the day! HLR Dance Academy is off to Dublin to represent team England at Dance World Cup! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🌍🏆

I am so incredibly proud of these two dancers .sophie.dancer You have made me the proudest teacher in the world! The hard work is now done, go on stage and enjoy every moment of this! You’ve got this girls! 🍀

What an incredible show day! We couldn’t be prouder of every single performer who took to the stage and brought the magic to life. Your hard work, dedication and passion truly shone from start to finish. 💖

A huge thank you to all of our amazing parents for your endless support, encouragement and for helping make the day such a success. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful dance family behind us. 🫶

Xcite 2026 !

We had the best time at XCITE Dance a few weekends ago and are insanely proud of these 2 girls . Their first time out this season and what a performance they gave ! 💗

They have worked so hard over the last few months putting hours of work into their solos and with little to no experience competing these girls absolutly smashed it !

We are incredibly proud of our two talented dancers who have been selected to represent team England at the Dance World Cup! 🌍🏆

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for them to showcase their hard work, dedication, and passion on an international stage. However, getting there comes with significant travel and competition costs.

With just one month until the Dance World Cup in Dublin, we’re still working hard to raise the funds needed to get our dancers to the world stage.

We would be so grateful for any donation, big or small, to help make their dream a reality. Every contribution brings them one step closer to competing against some of the best dancers in the world. 💖
