A few months ago the children planted their very own pumpkin seeds 🎃
They have all been so helpful with taking care of them and watching them slowly grow.
we kept them on the windowsill but now they are too big so their home has been upgraded!
We can wait for the pumpkins to start growing even bigger and harvesting them for Halloween 👻
We plan to carve some and use some for baking up some lovely treats

The children have been busy practicing their letters this week, we have been looking at recognising our names in the written form and sounding out the letters in preparation for the next big step of school/nursery in September. The children enjoyed trying to form the letters and whilst they are still young for writing, practising will help to form a pincer grip and give them the skills they need to develop in order to write later on.
