Health Futures UTC

We’ve changed! Our Health Futures page may be inactive now, but don’t worry, we haven’t gone anywhere! We are now Shireland Biomedical UTC, partnered with Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust.

We offer an outstanding education for 11-18 year olds, with a curriculum which specialises in developing skills in science, healthcare, medicine and emergency services.

We combine academic study with real-life work projects and partnerships with major health, education and public sector organisations, providing our students with learning opportunities like no other in addition to delivering the standard national curriculum.

Offering tomorrow’s education today, our goal is to equip our students with the academic, practical and life skills they need to succeed, whatever future pathway they choose. Giving them an excellent foundation to thrive and succeed.

Flashback to last Thursday at our activity day here at Health Futures!

Year 6 pupils took part in Science and Health related activities including CPR, first aid, blood pressure reading and of course many exciting science experiments!

We hope to host an activity day every half term, so keep an eye on our social media and our website for more information!
