TOPPS has been supporting unemployed people, in West Bromwich, from across Sandwell, the wider Black Country and Birmingham, into work for over 17 years. We have supported over 5000 people with qualifications that have helped them find work. We recognise the importance and impact of what we do and that people will need help more than ever to get back into work when this pandemic is all over. We are currently doing all we can to ensure we can start classroom based training again, as soon as it is safe to do so.

TOPPS, working with Midland TS Consultancy LTD, is now able to offer the New Road and Street Works Reassessments.
TOPPS is working to support young people from Dudley into work, education and voluntary work. Anyone aged 16 to 18, living in Dudley and not currently in education or employment can be referred to TOPPS for help to gain recognised skills and qualifications and be supported to progress.
TOPPS is growing! Following the recent start of Linsey and Charlie, we will be welcoming another new member of staff this week (Tina), who will be working from The Salvation Army in Cradley Heath in the Employment Resource Centre, supporting people back to work.
TOPPS has been approved to be a UK Online Centre from 1st April 2010 - we are contiuously looking to grow and to develop the range of services we can offer our clients.
