I help women get into the best shape of their lives while staying busy and successful in their career
Operating as usual
Wasting time leads to disappointment, drained finances, and never reaching your full potential. It also means your family, friends, and colleagues miss out on the confident, happy person you could be.
I understand the desire for quick results, especially with special events like weddings, anniversaries, or holidays on the horizon. But let's be honest: quick fixes rarely work long-term.
How many times have you faced the same frustration and disappointment?
It's human nature to fail and try again, but how many times will you repeat the same mistakes before learning the valuable lesson?
Success often requires failure, struggle, and appreciation for the journey. Without the tough times, true happiness is elusive.
In the fitness world, wasted time often looks like this: cookie-cutter 6-week challenges, fad diets, slimming teas, or even weight loss pills. Deep down, you know these aren't the solutions.
You might have even considered drastic measures like liposuction or gastric surgery (excluding life-saving cases), but these often lead back to square one 95% of the time.
Ask yourself:
what would your older, wiser self advise you to do? How would taking the right steps now impact your future compared to not taking action?
Your next move is within your control. Choose wisely and take responsibility for your current situation.
There are two types of people:
those who take action and those who don't.
Be the one who takes action NOW.

Good Morning👋
What is your biggest obstacle reagaining your health and getting fit?
1, Time, 2 Motivation, 3 Belief
"It’s never too late to prioritise yourself and regain control of your health and happiness."✌️
Three things i'm trying to understand about my son.🤔
1' How tall is going to be, he is still growing taller?
Currently age 12😳
2, Why do I not have his metabolism?😠
He eats so much, but only grows upwards & not outwards.
3, How is it that he is left footed and right handed?
Some of life's mysteries lol.
My son asked me after taking this Picture:
"Dad, you are the only person I know who only takes one photo"
Me:
"No one cares Son you are who you are".
On that note;
Excuse me for being unshaven, but i guess you do not care!😅
No matter how many pictures you take,
have confidence in yourself.
People see through the filters and poses.
If you take care of yourself, it will show.
The same goes if you are not taking care of yourself.
We are not fooling anyone!
Hope you are having a great start to the week.
Happy Monday
Lately, I've noticed a lot of negative energy and pessimistic people around me.
No matter what I say, they always seem to have a negative response.
This situation reminds me of the saying,
"You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with." It's important to consider the following:
Would any of those five individuals desire to include you in their circle of five?
Do they share your aspirations and qualities?
Are you a source of inspiration, encouragement, positivity, and influence?
Do you possess a "glass half full or half empty" perspective?
Or do you tend to be a pessimist, failing to follow through on your commitments, draining others' energy, and serving as a poor influence?
Search for your people!!
The ones that will give you constructive criticism but will also cheer you on to reaching your goal.
This applies to health, fitness, and business.
Changing yourself will naturally help change those around you.
This is a big part of the reason I see so many women that I coach fail at reaching their goals.
Even when trying to be good by telling someone
"you are fine as you are",
can be as impactful as encouraging someone to make bad choices.
If someone wants to better themselves,
then support their decision and be one of the positive five.
Happy Friday!
Glad to have taken a much-needed break and stepped away for a while. Refreshed & happy to be back and get settled into a routine again after a hectic month.
Whilst I was away, I realised just how caught up I was in the cycle of "not yet."
The mindset of "I'll take a break when I finish xyz" is a trap because there will always be something else demanding your attention, keeping you tied to your work.
Returning to work, I found everything was running smoothly, life was good, and the world hadn't stopped turning.
It's essential to remember that life is not just about working endlessly but also about enjoying, creating memories, exploring new places, and nurturing relationships.
Your health and happiness are crucial. Without them, you'll find yourself overworked and making excuses to avoid taking time for yourself. If you're feeling demotivated or easily irritated, it's a sign that change is necessary.
Take a moment to reflect on the last time you took a break or traveled.
If you're not satisfied with your current state, it's time to make a change. Prioritise your well-being and happiness to live a fulfilling life.
We can discuss this further, feel free to reach out. Together, we can create a routine that aligns with your goals and leads you in the right direction.
Enjoy the Sunshine 🌞
Hello Summer my old friend 👋
It's been a long time coming!
Woke up at 5:30 am today and it was already daylight! 🤩
It feels like ages since we had daylight this early! Remember those dark, grey, cold, and rainy mornings when getting up for work or exercise felt like the worst thing ever?
Most people prefer to rise with the sun, but if you aim to make significant progress with your health/body for summer, waiting until then might be too late in the year.
However, that shouldn't stop you from starting now. The same 24 hours are always available; daylight just makes the days feel longer, and winters seem to drag on.
The key is to make sacrifices for what you want in life, like good health, during both dark and sunny times.
Don't wait for the perfect moment to have free time for your health and body goals because it's unlikely to happen. Don't postpone until next year or January to half-heartedly begin.
I'm seeking THREE women to join my summer program to transform their lives and become the best version of themselves.
This includes basics like feeling and looking better in your clothes, understanding the truth about fitness through nutrition and exercise, and still enjoying a social life sensibly.
The benefits you might overlook are increased happiness, more energy throughout the day, a sharper mind, and even potential job advancements.
And what about adding extra years to your life? You might not value that now, but there will come a time when you will.
Drop a comment below if you're interested, or send a DM for privacy. Let's discuss it. Danny
Serve Others Better by Serving Yourself First
It's been an incredible few weeks filled with birthday celebrations! 🥳 Another year older, another year wiser, right?
💫 As I reflect on the past month, I can't help but feel grateful for all the amazing experiences and accomplishments.
The property game has kept me incredibly busy, juggling my coaching (which I still love!), recording podcasts, doing interviews, and celebrating the successes of my team. 🏡🎤 It's been a whirlwind of activity.
However, amidst all the hustle and bustle, I've realised that I've been neglecting an important aspect of my life – my health and fitness.
Not being able to train and exercise as usual has taken a toll on me, both physically and mentally. I've been feeling easily irritable, lacking motivation, and my thinking hasn't been as clear as it usually is.
This experience has served as a powerful reminder that the mind and body are intrinsically connected – if one is slow or neglected, the other will inevitably follow suit.
Sleep has also been a significant factor in my overall well-being. Going from a mere 5 hours of sleep to a more reasonable 8 hours has made me feel like a completely different person! 😴💤
If this situation sounds familiar to any of you, my dear friends, let it be a gentle nudge to prioritise your health and well-being. 🧠💪
By taking care of ourselves, nurturing our bodies and minds, we become better equipped to handle the challenges and demands of our daily lives.
Remember, true success and fulfillment come not just from professional achievements but also from maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Let's make a conscious effort to carve out time for self-care, By serving yourself, you can better serve others
Have a wonderful day,
Happy Friday! Wishing you all a fantastic weekend, but remember, don't undo all the progress you've made throughout the week!
Have you ever heard the phrase:
"you're as young as you feel"?
That can also be "you are as old as you feel"!
I bumped into a client I hadn't seen in about 5 to 6 years.
The change in her was quite surprising; remarkable how quick the body can lose muscle mass, experience joint pain, lose coordination, strength, and overall fitness.
It's a glaring reminder of why it's so important to value & prioritise your health and fitness consistently.
Let's set aside the issue of weight and appearance for now, this isn't just about appearance; it's about how well you'll be able to function five or six years from now.
This is particularly significant for women, who face unique challenges.
Women can’t often train with the same resistance as men, at times don't consume the amount of protein they need & will experience hormonal changes such as declining oestrogen levels during peri-menopause and menopause which plays a determining factor in the onset of Osteoporosis & Muscle atrophy.
These factors alone highlight the importance of taking care of your health through activities like resistance training and keeping fit; whether through personal training, coaching programs, or independent exercise.
It was disheartening to see how much strength, coordination, and fitness my client had lost & perhaps most notably her confidence.
Previously, she was one of my strongest clients, serving as a role model for the younger ladies.
I could point to her strength as a powerful testament to the benefits of consistent training.
The simple reality is; if you neglect your health and fitness as you get older, daily tasks will become harder.
You will find carrying groceries, climbing stairs challenging & even find the ability to have a good comfortable sleep difficult.
Maintaining your physical well-being ensures a much better quality of life as you get older.
Time goes by fast & it’s instances like these, realising the difference five to six years can make, that drive home the value of staying proactive with our Health and Fitness.
However, I'm super happy to be helping her get back to where she once was!
