Our Level 2 Photo/Digital and Level 3 Photography students had an incredible day exploring Lacock, the birthplace of photography last week!📸 They took a stroll through the stunning grounds, checked out the fascinating Fox Talbot museum, and even stepped inside a hut transformed into a camera obscura. They also couldn't resist walking through the Abbey and admiring the iconic lattice window, where the very first photographic negative was created by William Henry Fox Talbot using the calotype and salt print process. 🏰🙌

Fashion students from Sandwell College visited two landmark London exhibitions in one day. First up, they saw DIVA at the V&A South Kensington, celebrating the power and creativity of iconic performers, including Billie Eilish, Beyonce and Lady Gaga.🙌

Highlights there were the Sketch of Flame dress designed for Tina Turner and Whitney Houston performing at Wembley Arena.🎙️😎

Second on the students’ itinerary was the REBEL: 30 Years of London Fashion exhibition, sponsored by Alexander McQueen.
