Boldon Nursery School is an Outdoor Nursery for children aged 2, 3 and 4 years old. Since 2011 the nursery has been awarded 2 Outstanding ratings from Ofsted section 5 Inspections (different to day care and private nursery inspection). The nursery has extensive grounds which the children can access all day every day if they wish, in all weathers. The school receives visitors from all over the world, Boldon Colliery is well and truly on the map. We welcome everyone into our family, here in Boldon.

We’re delighted to be finalising places for children joining us in September 2026. We will continue to communicate arrangements for September following the half term break next week.
