⭐️As we come to the end of another incredible year, our hearts are full as we prepare to say goodbye to our wonderful children who are leaving us to begin their exciting journey at big school. 🎒❤️

📚Watching you grow has been the greatest privilege. We’ve celebrated your first friendships, first achievements, and watched your confidence blossom day by day 🌸Each of you has left a little 👣footprint on our hearts, and although we’re so proud to see you spread your wings 🦋saying goodbye is never easy.

Thank you for trusting us with your precious little ones, for your kindness, encouragement, and unwavering support throughout the year. 🐞 Exploring Our Bug Hotel! 🐝

Today our children enjoyed some wonderful outdoor learning as they explored our bug hotel in the garden. The children carefully looked inside, talked about what they could see, and used the minibeast chart to help identify different insects.

Encouraging 🌱 Curiosity about the natural world
🐌🐜 Understanding of living things and their habitats
🗣️ Language development through discussion and new vocabulary
🤝 Turn-taking, cooperation and shared learning

After seeing the snail, R drew a lovely picture.🐌

The children showed fantastic care and respect for the minibeasts, learning how important it is to look after nature and the creatures that live in our environment. A lovely example of hands-on, child-led learning outdoors.

☀️Today we had some fun discovering shadows outside! As the sun shone brightly, we noticed our bodies making shapes on the ground. We moved our arms and legs, jumped, and watched our shadows change. 🖐️🦶

🌻Through play, we learned that shadows appear when something blocks the light—and that our shadows move when we move! A wonderful mix of learning, movement, and sunshine. ☀️
