Summer is in full swing… and so is FitSteps with Seeko!

With the warm weather continuing, we’ve brought back some of our favourite routines packed with sunshine, feel-good music and summer vibes!

Whether you’re a regular or you’ve been meaning to come along and give FitSteps a try. Expect great music, lots of smiles, and a workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise!

A HUGE thank you to all our amazing FitSteppers who joined us for the Welwyn Festival Parade and Family Fun Day!

We certainly rocked Welwyn… dancing like Travolta and jazzing with Gold! We brought the energy to the High Street, and what a fantastic atmosphere it was!

A special thank you to everyone who supported us and stayed with us until late afternoon in the scorching heat – your enthusiasm, smiles and commitment were simply incredible. ☀️💃

A massive shout-out to our gorgeous Stepmaster, Bryony Sutherland, for her unwavering support, endless enthusiasm and dedication to our FitSteps family. And a huge thank you to her lovely husband for capturing so many fantastic videos and photos for us. We can’t wait to relive all those wonderful moments!

And, of course, a huge thank you to Simon Whitworth for coming to the rescue with his gazebos. They were absolute lifesavers this year, keeping us cool and shaded throughout the day!

To all my lovely FitSteppers… you are simply the best! I feel so incredibly blessed to have each and every one of you in my life. Thank you for your friendship, your support, your laughter and for making FitSteps with Seeko such a special community. ❤️

We’re excited to be part of the Welwyn Festival Street Parade & Family Fun Day tomorrow, Saturday 27 June! 🎉

Catch us in the street parade through Welwyn High Street at 1:00 pm.

Then find us at Singlers Marsh from 1:30 pm, where we’ll be FitStepping away!

Come and say hi, meet the team, watch us in action, and discover why FitSteps is such a fun way to keep active!

🔥🥵 Wow, that was a HOT and sweaty FitSteps session last night!

Despite the heat, it was still over 30°C at 7:30pm, a few of our FitSteps Warriors still showed up and gave it their all. I mean, they are true warriors — I knew there was a reason I call them that! 💪

A huge well done to Bryony Sutherland, Sharon Solez, and Sharon T for battling through the temperatures and bringing their energy to the dance floor. 👏

You should all be very proud of yourselves. That’s dedication, determination, and true warrior spirit! ❤️

🎉 Exciting News, Welwyn Garden City! 🎉

Tonight marks the launch of our very first FitSteps class at Hazel Grove Community Centre, and we’d love for you to join us!

To celebrate our inaugural class, tonight’s session is completely FREE. 💃🕺

FitSteps is a fun, friendly dance fitness class that helps improve fitness, build stamina, and boost energy levels—all while having a great time.

Whether you’re a regular attendee or thinking of trying something new, this is the perfect opportunity to come along and see what it’s all about.

💖 We danced our hearts out on Saturday… and WOW what a morning it was! 💖

So much energy, support, smiles, and love all for an incredible cause 🎀

We’ve now raised £1,180 so far and donations are STILL coming in!!

Thank you to everyone who joined the classes, donated, shared, and supported us in raising money and awareness for Breast Cancer Now.
