You've skipped 6 months ahead...
That's what it feels like.
Your brain has barely had time to process the pregnancy test and already you're thinking ahead to birth... recovery... feeding... parenting...work...
That's not unusual!
It's one of the biggest gaps I see in pregnancy support.
The early bit. Even the middle bit.
Antenatal education starting at 28+ weeks?!
We don't do that.
The decisions you make in early pregnancy can have a huge impact later down the line, and you don't even realise.
That's where From Two Lines™️ started.
Comment or DM me "First Trimester" and I'll help you get started with the support you deserve.

There’s a point in early pregnancy where you realise
you can’t always “fix” what you’re feeling.
And that's usually when the anxiety kicks in.
Because your brain wants action.
Certainty.
A plan.
But sometimes the most useful thing you can do
is shift how you’re supporting your body in that moment.
There is a way through the first trimester, that gives you space to feel everything, but also offers a plan that will work for the rest of pregnancy too.
Comment or DM me, "FIRST TRIMESTER" and I'll send you the link to my early pregnancy course - where we break down what's happening in early pregnancy, but most importantly, create an easy plan to get through it...and the rest of pregnancy.

Early pregnancy shouldn't just be a waiting room for the rest of pregnancy.
Massive shifts are happening inside your body - you can match those shifts inside your mind, whilst still protecting your physical energy.
It's much easier to start in early pregnancy than it is to find it at 30+ weeks.
Comment or DM "First Trimester" and I'll help you get started.

Something for a lot of my clients to take a look at
Did you birth at a different hospital to your nearest maternity unit?
This is a survey for families who gave birth in a different hospital to their local/catchment hospital. Please think about your most recent maternity experience. Completing this survey for the Hertfordshire and West Essex Local Maternity & Neonatal System (LMNS) will help us improve care in the future.
