Children are invited to come to school in football kits, sporty clothes or their favourite country colours to celebrate the start of the World Cup! 🌍🏆

Please also bring along a Rainbow Raffle donation for your year group colour if you can — thank you for all your support!

Bees Update! 🐝
The hives are still building nicely and they are bringing in nectar and pollen. The nectar is finally being turned into capped honey. The different coloured pollen is from a variety of trees and plants in the area.

Year 2 🏰
In Year 2 they have been learning all about Motte and Bailey castles and on Tuesday they went to visit one- Mountfitchet Castle! They had lots of fun exploring the castle grounds and discovering what daily life was like at that time. They tried on some soldier's helmets and some chain mail, which was very heavy. There was so much to see - everyone had a great day!

Nursery News 🐰🐅🐛
Last Wednesday, the Nursery children had lots of fun dressing up as different animals. We did lots of different animal activities and played some team games.

Year 3 had an exciting morning at Ridgeway Academy last week, participating in a range of activities such as long jump, dance, basketball, football and speed stacking. The Ridgeway P.E. leaders were extremely encouraging and made sure all the children had a great time! 💪😊
