Bushin Mixed Martial Arts, based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire (Herts), at Ridgeway Academy. Bushin Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is an all round effective martial art system. Run by James Sparshott, former WTKA & IAKSA World K1 kickboxing champion. We offer a fun, friendly and family orientated atmosphere to train in. Although our roots are classical, our outlook is contemporary. We also incorporate many two man drills and plenty of pad work through our wealth of knowledge and experience. We believe there is more to martial arts than just punching and kicking, and offer not only this but a journey of personal growth...
