Wearing one of her many musical hats, MM pianist Rebecca is restarting her Orchestra this Weds 16th Sept - and ANYONE who plays an instrument is invited!

Musical Melodies Orchestra returns on Wednesday 16th September with all new music for 2026-27!

We'd love to see lots of familiar faces back after our summer break, and hopefully welcome some new ones too!

If you've been thinking about coming along but haven't quite made it yet, this is a great time to give it a go. The orchestra is open to players of all orchestral instruments and is designed to be friendly and accessible (you absolutely don't need to be a virtuoso!)

Whether you play regularly, are learning as an adult, or have an instrument gathering dust that you'd love an excuse to pick up again, you're very welcome.

Mini Mozart: Lullabies & First Songs is a gentle live-music session created especially for babies from birth to six months and the adults currently responsible for remembering all their things.

We’ll explore soothing lullabies, first songs and simple melodies you can continue at home. You’ll discover how your baby responds to your voice, rhythm and repetition, and why, to them, your voice is already the best one in the room.

You don’t need to sing confidently. You don’t need to know all the words. And your baby is entirely welcome to sleep through the carefully planned experience.

Just come as you are for some beautiful live music and lovely time together during those very new, and often rather sleepy, first few months.

We're almost sold out for the Toddlers class in Hertford tomorrow (at 9.30am), but there are still a few spaces left in the Babies class (10.25am) - grab them while you can!

You and your little one will be rewarded with the clarinet, flute, piano and saxophone, whilst the giant in Jack and the Beanstalk is unlikely to be rewarded with very much at all!

Always happy to share local concerts - and this one is free!

Featuring Hertford Symphony Orchestra's principle clarinettist Colin Eldred, this informal concert for clarinet and harp takes place at St Leonards Church on Sat 29th August. The programme will last for c. 40mins followed by refreshments, with a very varied and tuneful selection of music! Perfect to take you little one along to!
