More dementia training today. All of us who work with people that live with dementia must remember 'People living with dementia are not GIVING you a hard time. People living with dementia are HAVING a hard time......... Found this quote earlier this week. Says a lot!!!

Finally I have a page! I would love to start this off with a lovely testimony I received this week, from a Deputy Home Manager, following Health and Safety training at their home.

" I am writing to you to say what a great trainer Angela was on Tuesday 27th. February.

I have worked with a lot of trainers over the years, but none as good as Angela, myself included. She was very engaging with the staff attending the course and kept the group interested all day, which is normally a very difficult task.

It does make me wonder where she gets the energy from!

I have been on many courses over the years and they normally become very boring, very quickly, and even repetitive year after year.

Angela brought new life to the subject matter and I even learned a thing or two.

Some things learned about the subject at hand, but also how to improve my own performance as a trainer.

So thanks to Angela for a great day and we hope to see her again soon."
