WE WON GOLD!
We are thrilled to announce that Ridgeway Academy has officially achieved the School Games Gold Mark Award!
This Government led award celebrates our commitment to developing sports competition, leadership, and community engagement. We couldn’t be prouder of our students and staff!
Here’s a look at what we achieved this year:
District & County Success: Outstanding team performances and wins across local inter-school leagues in football and athletics.
Expanded Participation: Brand-new extracurricular clubs driving up weekly sports participation across all year groups.
Leadership & Volunteering: Our amazing Student Sports Leaders officiated and organized primary transition games and intra-school events.
Inclusive Sport Initiatives: Expanded access to non-traditional sports, ensuring every student had the chance to represent the Academy.
