Year 1 had a wonderful time on their trip to Hertfordshire Zoo. The children enjoyed seeing all the different animals and learning lots of interesting facts about them. It was a fantastic day full of excitement, smiles and happy memories

Well done to these children for receiving trophies in football with their teams. A fantastic achievement that reflects their hard work, teamwork, and dedication

Thank you to our wonderful school community for donating so many items to support refugees in . The items were dropped off at Herts University and will be delivered to refugees in Calais over the weekend! We truly appreciate your support ❤️

Congratulations to Mikey (in Year 4) who had a goalkeeping training session last weekend with Graham Stack (the goalie from Arsenal’s ‘Invincibles’ squad!) Mikey got to meet him, train with him and even managed to get his shirt signed by him as well! What an amazing day! ⚽⚽⚽

Today, to mark the start of Refugee Week 2026, we welcomed the Mayor of Welwyn Hatfield, Cllr Siewniak, and Vicky Woodcraft from the Herts Welcomes Refugees project to our school. They led an engaging and informative assembly for our KS2 children, helping them to learn more about the experiences of refugees and the challenges they can face. The session encouraged empathy, understanding, and reflection, and gave our pupils valuable insight into an important global issue.
