This week marks a huge moment in the life of Red Ridge as we congratulate Neil on retiring after 42 years of service!

Neil has been an integral part of the centre for over 4 decades and has helped to shape the centre into what it is today. From the early days of sleeping in tents, and leading pony treks, Neil has been on the front line of delivering life-changing experiences for everyone that has visited Red Ridge.

Neil, you have impacted the lives of more people than you realise – and you leave an incredible legacy that we will do our best to continue. Thank you for everything you have given to Red Ridge, and we hope you enjoy your well-earned retirement!

At the end of a busy season we've had the difficult task of saying goodbye to these two absolute legends who have completed their Traineeships at Red Ridge. Grace + Jake, you have been a massive part of the Red Ridge team, and had a positive impact on the lives of so many young people during the time you've served here. Thank you for all your hard work, and we're excited to see where your journeys take you!
