What are the 5 types of supervision? 🤔We believe that only Only two types, active and proactive, truly set your dogs and young children up for success. Active and proactive supervision are essential in building safer bonds together.

What can you do at night while sleeping? This is "absent supervision." The best thing for this is to be sure your family dog is secure in a success station, like a crate, or gate (one the dog will not be able to figure a way out of), or secure tether.

It always helps to prepare with your dog and practice for months with success stations before they are needed. Trust us!! You will thank us later!!!

A stepping stone in muzzle training - remove the front of the muzzle to allow your dog to have positive experiences while getting used to wearing a muzzle

*Please note, using this muzzle will not prevent a bite. It is to aid in the muzzle training process*

Here is a great example of the "false muzzle". The front of the muzzle is cut off to allow easier/quicker treat delivery, or even fetch/tug/toy play; this can really help with the desensitization process for some dogs. This is a GREAT stepping stone towards your end goal of your dog being able to happily wear their muzzle while out in the world.

If your dog shows any of these signs of hyperarousal it would benefit both you and your dog to get help from a positive reward trainer. Hyperarousal is not the same as a hyperactive dog. Learning the distinction is important if you want to offer your dog, relief.
