I offer private 1:1 postnatal yoga sessions, with the option to bring your little one along too.

Sessions can be tailored to you; whether you’re looking to rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, release tension, or simply have some time to move and breathe.

I have a special interest in pelvic floor and core recovery.
