Today is Wells Emergency Services Day, being held at Wells Fire Station. A great day out for families, lots for the children to see and do.
My son is volunteering with St John Ambulance and well as the wonderful George who is joint Rockers from Monday!

Emergency Services Day at Wells Fire Station
We're excited to invite you to our Emergency Services Day on Saturday 5th September 2026 between 10:00 - 16:00 at Wells City Fire Station.
Come along and meet the people who help keep our community safe, including:

- Fire Brigade

- Local Police Officers

- Roads Policing Unit

- Police Dog Unit

- Coffee Van

- St John's Ambulance

- And much more!

This is a fantastic opportunity for all ages to see emergency vehicles up close, speak with emergency service personnel, learn more about their roles, and enjoy a great day out.

When the weather is hot what better way to stay cool and hydrated that nice icy cold water from your SHO bottle.

Today was National Owl Day. Our children were very lucky to have a visit from Michelle from Owl Enlightment and her owls.
The children loved meeting them all and learnt lots of interesting facts about the owls.
A big thank you to Michelle for coming to see us all today 🦉❤️🦉
