🚨 UPDATE for Monday 19th September 🚨
Due to the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, our Learn to Swim programme will not take place on Monday 19th September to allow Swim School staff, parents and swimmers to spend time with their families and pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II.

We will credit all parents with a session, who would have normally attended on Monday, which can be used at a later date.

Quantock Lodge will be holding an Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) Level 3 in May! 👥💗

The emergency first aid course covers the following topics:

- Aims and principles of first aid
- What to do in an emergency
- Basic Life Support (CPR & basic use of an AED)
- Management of the unconscious casualty
- Assessment and treatment of a casualty who is wounded or bleeding
- Choking and asphyxia
- Assessment and treatment of burns
- Assessment and treatment of miscellaneous medical conditions
- Record keeping

Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) Level 3 A 6 hour course. Monday 16th May and Monday 23rd May 6.30-9.30pm. The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) training course is a Level 3 RQF Award and makes anyone who completes it a formally qualified emergency first aider. This course is Ofqual Accredited.

Welcome back to the Autumn Term! 👋🏊‍♂️

Term Dates: Monday 1st November 2021 - Thursday 9th December 2021

𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 Get Outside in Somerset.

The summer holidays are an ideal way to spend time together and enjoy the local parks and discovering new areas, but we know it can be challenging thinking of things to do every day.

We have therefore come up with fun and active daily activities that you can do together as a family or individually, throughout August. There’s something different every day, but also a chance for you to make your own.

We would love for you to share your photos with us of your family taking part or your favourite activity or even when you’re out and about enjoying what Somerset has to offer. Share with us on social media using and don’t forget to tag us! We will send out weekly reminders through social media about each week’s activities, so keep an eye out.

It's finally official, we can restart on Monday 19th April! Following the Prime Ministers announcement on Monday he has given the green light for the country to move onto Step 2 from the 12th April.

Please don't forget to pre register your child(ren) for their swimming lesson before lessons commence from Monday 19th April.
