Looking after your teeth doesn’t have to be complicated. Here are some simple tips to help keep smiles bright and healthy:

✨ Use fluoride toothpaste. Fluoride helps keep your teeth strong and healthy.

✨ Brush at least twice a day. Once when you wake up and once last thing before you go to bed.

Building these small daily habits can make a big difference in keeping teeth strong and healthy for years to come.
