Extremely pleased with this term's Piano exam results:

Sheena (adult) started lessons from scratch in January this year and scored a Distinction (96%) in her Initial exam 🥳Already prepping for Grade 1 🎹🎹🎹

11 year old E also passed her Initial exam with Distinction with 91% 🙋‍♀️ She was so worried she wasn't going to pass but ended up with top marks in 3 sections of the exam!

13 year old L smashed her Initial exam with a brilliant Merit 👏

Sister & Brother (T&L) ages 11 & 12 passed Grade 2 with a Pass and Distinction 🏆
They also passed their Grade 1 earlier this year and are hoping to take Grade 3 just before Christmas 🎄 That'll be 3 exams in one year which is pretty extraordinary 🙏

T&L first came to me roughly a year ago and although they could play a few tunes, they had been taught (online) to play the keys by numbers 🙉 so had to learn how to read notation sharpish. Mission accomplished 😌

Onwards and upwards 🙌

Here's little 8 year old E jumping for joy yesterday having just taken her first ever Piano exam.

E only went and smashed it and scored a WHOPPING 95% with 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Thoroughly deserved as she worked her little sock off. Onwards and upwards for this young lady 🙋‍♀️

Brilliantly well done to Hannah & Anna on their recent Piano exams.

This was Anna's 1st ever music exam and Hannah is just turning into a pro. It was in fact only her 2nd music exam but just like last time, she only went and aced it.

Just had some great news.
2 lovely girl students of mine, 11 & 12, both scored 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 in their Piano exams.

Amy took Grade 1 and achieved 𝟵𝟯% 🥳

Sophie scored a WHOPPING 𝟵𝟵% in her first ever Piano Exam (Initial) 🥳

Am over the moon 🌙

Thank you for tolerating Bo Bo's naughty behaviour at times. She did like to occasionally "sing" along to your children's/your Piano playing 🎹. Other times her snoring was so loud it was a job to even hear the Piano. Another favourite trick of hers was to try and escape on your departure and generally being a cheeky monkey.

Thank you most of all for your kindness you showed Andy & I when sadly it was her time to go, October 20th.
Still sorely missed.

Ok, so I've spent a really really long time arranging this well known children's programme theme tune into a Piano duet. Not quite finished yet, but anyone want to take a listen and guess what it is?
Am dying to give you clues but it would give away to answer instantly.
Sorry Marianne, but you're not allowed to guess as you walked in on M being my little guinea pig trying this out yesterday.
