8:00am - 6:00pm We share the site with Croyland Primary School.

Croyland Nursery School has been on its present site in Croyland Road since it was opened in 1942. We aim to provide families with access to high quality, affordable care and education for children aged 2-4 and we are open all year round from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Some families choose to access only the free part-time places for 2-4 year olds, which are offered from Monday-Thursday. For families who need additional hours or a full-time nursery placement for their child, there is a schedule of fees which can be obtained from the office.

Do you have a little one aged 2 or under? Come along to our friendly Time 4 Us Stay & Play sessions at Croyland Nursery School.

Enjoy lots of fun activities with your child in a welcoming Early Years environment, while meeting other families from our local community.

A huge thank you to Bosworth’s Garden Centre! 💜🌿

We’re incredibly grateful to Bosworth’s Garden Centre for their very kind donation of beautiful plants for some of our existing planters. 🌱

These will form part of our exciting new Regulation & Sensory Garden project, helping us create a calm, nurturing outdoor space where children can explore their senses, connect with nature and have somewhere peaceful to regulate and recharge.

Support from local businesses makes such a difference to what we’re able to create for our children, and we’re so thankful to Bosworth’s for helping us bring our vision to life 🥰

While our children are busy enjoying their summer, there’s lots happening behind the scenes in the office!

New starter packs, admissions, paperwork, home visits, settling-in sessions, room changes… and plenty of emails! 👀

We’re busy getting everything ready to welcome our new children and families, as well as preparing for our returning children to begin their next chapter with us.

Yesterday the children enjoyed exploring our car painting and car wash stations! 🫧

From creating colourful vehicle masterpieces to scrubbing away the paint in our bubbly car wash, the children loved getting hands-on through sensory, creative play. Activities like these help to develop fine motor skills, imagination, communication and problem-solving, all while having lots of fun!

What a wonderful way to end the school year! 📚✨

Today we welcomed Preacher the Storyteller to nursery, who captivated the children with his fantastic storytelling, imagination and energy. There were smiles, laughter and lots of excited faces as everyone became immersed in the stories.

A huge thank you to Preacher for helping us finish the term with such a memorable experience!
